Are you a talented negotiator who likes using your strong negotiation skills to handle complex situations? We’re looking for resourceful, professional, and empathetic people who can assist our customers in resolving payment situations and get back on track. This position is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, working with customers to set up payment plans.
- Background in collections
- Call center experience working with high volume, blended environment
- Knowledge of regulatory collections requirements and rules (FDCPA, state laws, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to establish and build lasting rapport with customers
- Strong competitive nature always achieving top results
- Good computer skills
