Loan Advisors

Are you passionate about helping others solve problems? We’re looking for dependable people who have at least 2 years of experience in a call center or loan environment handling complex customer interactions. This position is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers with questions, issues, or processing payments related to a variety of types of loans or leases.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, empathetic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate situations and solve problems
  • Experience working with private student loans, solar leases, auto loans/leases, or other loan asset classes a plus
