First Associates Mortgage Corporation does not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any companies that are not members of our corporate family (affiliates, partners, collection agents, attorneys and investors), except as permitted by federal law, specifically Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999. The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained consistent with this privacy notice even if you decide to pay off your account or cease to do business with us.

First Associates Mortgage Corporation works with a variety of third parties to bring you financial services and service your loan. For example, we may disclose information about you to third parties that insure the collateral on your loan, the IRS, credit reporting agencies or in response to subpoenas. However, we WILL NOT share nonpublic information about you with third parties for marketing purposes. This promise we make regardless of your right to OPT-OUT under the 12 CFR Part 40, Privacy of Consumer Financial Information.

Nonpublic private information: Information you provide to us, records about your transactions and information provided by others such as credit bureaus, employers or appraisers.
