Flow Programs – Channel of business where consumer loans are originated daily by our clients and First Associates services them from the loan commencement date until paid-in-full, including deficiency collections. Conduit clients receive a full suite of outsourced servicing functions from First Associates, excluding risk management.
Bulk Portfolio Transfers - For Investors, Banks and Credit providers who purchase pools of loans, First Associates is your one stop resource for outsourcing all servicing functions. Shared functionality arrangements are also available.
Private Label - Give your customers the personalized service they deserve. With First Associates Private Label program, only the Client/Investor's name is used. With personalized monthly billing statements and a unique 800 number, your customers will always feel like they are dealing directly with you.
Co-branding - Both the client and First Associates maintain a presence with the customer. Co-branding can take place on many levels. For example, customer service calls are answered in our client's name, allowing the client to maintain a brand image, while collection calls are made in First Associates name.
Third-party - For businesses which have lost or have been unsatisfied with their prior servicer, First Associates can step in quickly to service your accounts. Servicing is done using First Associates name and brand.
Reporting - Our technology enables you to access live, updated information pertaining to the latest status of your portfolio. Our robust system provides the following:
