CLIENT SOLUTIONS

National Coverage – First Associates services receivables in all 50 states, covering a broad base of loan customers. First Associates has a seasoned team of servicing professionals that specialize in exceptional customer service and various stages of collections activity.

Marketing Services – First Associates offers direct marketing services to your customer base by inserting pre-selected marketing collateral into billing statements.

Conduit Services – Channel of business where consumer loans are originated daily by our clients and First Associates services them from the loan commencement date until paid-in-full, including deficiency collections. Conduit clients receive a full suite of outsourced servicing functions from First Associates, excluding risk management.

Bulk Transfers - Existing pools of loans which are transferred to First Associates when an institutional investor/banking organization/credit provider purchases the pool of accounts. Bulk transfers generally represent a total outsourcing of all functions. The owner of the receivables is typically not the originator of the loans. Shared functionality arrangements are also available.

Private label – Business channel where only the client/investors name is used. Capabilities include utilizing a unique 800 number and personalized monthly account statements.

Co-branding - Both the client and First Associates maintain a presence with the customer. Co-branding can take place on many levels. For example, customer service calls are answered in our client's name, allowing the client to maintain a brand image, while collection calls are made in First Associates name.

Third-party – Business channel where only First Associates name and brand is used. This is often the case when First Associates is the successor/beneficiary of loan portfolios where the prior servicer is exiting the business or releasing interest.
